Digital download website Soundsupply and Less Than Jake have once again teamed up to bring us a six-song sampler just ahead of their tour of Canada (“America’s hat”, as per the sampler’s description) this month in support of 2013’s See The Light. Called a “Drop”, the sampler features two tracks from See The Light, as well as two tracks each from tour-mates Big D and The Kids Table and The Interrupters. This sampler is the third package the band has offered this year, after the Wake and Bake Sampler in August via Limited Run, and a package of 10 Less Than Jake albums for only $15 in May also from Soundsupply.
This sampler is doubly relevant, as both Big D and the Kids Table and The Interrupters will be playing The Mighty Mighty Bosstones’s Hometown Throwdown in December (on night one and two, respectively).
