The Pomps Release New EP Indie Rock Is Dying

Boston power-pop/new-wave band The Pomps have released their new album Indie Rock Is Dying via Rarebreed Recording Company. The six track EP, recorded in Asbury Park, New Jersey, presents the band’s best selections of “Island power-pop” to date, mixing late 70’s New Wave with those sweet, sweet Jamaican rhythms. As we’ve noted before, this record has been long in the works, following 2013’s The Pomps Save The Queen EP.

The record is available for purchase over at Paper + Plastick, who earlier debuted the EP’s lead-off track “All My Guns”.
