Boston’s Hobo Chili Hosts Michigan’s Take a Hint

20130516 hobo chili radio downstairsNothing warms my heart more than watching bands help each other out. Also, chili. Chili warms my heart. This show will have both!

Two of Boston’s newest bands, Hobo Chili and The Rolling Coasters will sandwich Take a Hint, a jazzy ska band on tour from Michigan. The show takes place at Radio in Union Square in Somerville. I was just there for a One Fund Boston benefit. The upstairs has a cool club vibe and the basement is, well, a basement. But there’s a bar!

Also, for $8 the Facebook event promises chili so I’m not sure what else you want.

Thursday, May 16
Radio (Downstairs), 379-381 Somerville Ave, Somerville, MA
$8, 21+, 8PM
with West Falmouth rock act Rula Bula

Take a listen. Videos below courtesy of Kevin D.
