Back in the July, the man who first taught us how to do the reggay performed live on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. At 75 Toots Hibbert shows no signs of stopping. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing him and his band perform and he is an entertainer through and through. They’ll be performing on August 25 in Worcester at the Bosstones-hosted Crankin’ and Skankin’ Fest.
On the Tonight Show, Toots and Maytals perform their 1973 classic “Funky Kingston” as well as new song entitled “Marley” which, in the video, Toots declares he’s premiering on Fallon.
